What formats are available for Oxingale Music editions?
Depending on the work, sheet music may be available in print or a digital PDF file(s) editions. Print editions are bound and printed on heavy, high-quality paper and comes with performance-ready parts. Digital PDF Editions are encrypted and allow for high resolution printing. Not all works are available as a Digital PDF Edition – the format available for each work is specified on its webpage.
What methods of payment are accepted?
Our purchase buttons lead to a Paypal e-commerce system. For bulk/wholesale purchase orders we also accept checks.
How do I make a purchase?
Every composition has a dedicated page on our website. Underneath the essential piece information such as title, duration, format, etc., there are purchase buttons. There may be multiple versions of the button if the work is available in multiple formats (such as PDF or printed, or full score or piano/vocal score).
To purchase, click on the button that corresponds with your preferred format, and the button will direct you to Paypal where you can review your cart. You can add multiple items to your cart before completing your purchase. Once you are ready to place your order, click on “Check Out” on our webpage right side bar (or on Paypal), which will direct you to a secure Paypal site asking for payment information.
Purchasing a Digital PDF Edition
Once you complete your payment through Paypal, you will receive an email from us sent to the email associated with your PayPal account with further directions for download or with attached secure digital files within 2-3 business days. Made a Digital PDF purchase with us, but haven’t received an email after 3 business days? Please check your spam folders, and then contact us.
Purchasing a Printed Edition
Once you’ve completed your payment through Paypal, your order will be prepared and shipped to your PayPal shipping address. Depending on your location, you should receive your music within 7-10 business days.

Wholesale orders: depends on the size of the order, shipping destination, and shipping category.

Opening a Digital PDF Edition
Oxingale Music will send you the Digital PDF files and a password via email. The PDF can be opened using a PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, available as a free download here). When opening the document, you will be prompted for the password provided to you. Simply use this password to open the PDF and print your music.
My Digital PDF Edition File(s) Won’t Open
When you purchase a PDF score you will receive a password via email. You will need the password to view the score. After you have entered the password you will be able to open and print the music.
If you are certain that you’ve entered the provided password correctly, and the file still won’t open, please contact us.
What page size are the Digital PDF Files?
All composition pages include information about the page size the edition is formatted for. Most pieces are available in US Letter, with some exception in US Legal. If you have specific questions regarding the page size for a composition, please contact us.
Scores are formatted to print double sided, and we recommend binding them with clear covers at your local copy-print center. Parts should be printed double or single sided, as deemed acceptable by the performer for page turns.
How many copies can I print?
The music you have purchased as a PDF is for your personal use only. We ask that you print only the number of copies you need, and that you do not pass the sheet music or digital files on to anyone else. If you need additional copies for friends or colleagues, please come back to oxingalemusic.com and purchase again.
By using the password provided with your files, you agree to respect copyright laws and the artists who depend on them.
What is the print quality of your digital files?
The PDF files you will receive will print at text quality, which is much clearer than the compressed images we are able to show you elsewhere on this site. Click the image below for a high-resolution example of our PDF’s:
Why can’t I download directly from your site?
Scores are provided via email in encrypted files to prevent theft. Oxingale Music has a responsibility to its composers to ensure that each score is paid for.
Are your editions available for rent?
Absolutely! Rental scores and parts are available for large-scale orchestral and choral works. Most of our orchestral sets are available as rental only, where we will ship you the parts and score you will need to perform the piece. When the performances have been finished, you return the printed music to us.
Please contact us for further information, and to set up a rental order. When making this request, please tell us how many string parts you need (how many stands), the date the parts are needed, name of the ensemble and director/conductor, performance dates, performance venue, and ticket price range.
